Ways people move at NCG
Promotion
You move up a level, usually in the same team, because you're consistently working at the next level's expectations.
Transfer
You move to a different role or team, often at a similar level. Great for building new skills across the co-op.
Title Change
Your title is updated to better reflect the work you already do. Your level may stay the same.
Re-classification
Your role itself is re-evaluated because the work has grown or changed, and it's placed at the right level.
Build your plan (IDP)
What's an IDP?
A short plan you and your manager write together: the skills you want to build, why they matter to you, and the steps you'll take this year. It's yours, and it connects to your annual review in Lattice.

Your next role might already be posted.
Job postings are some of the most-read things NCG shares, and for good reason. Many roles are filled by people already here.
